RHODE ISLAND AVENUE
5,000 sqft
Mount Rainier, Maryland
PROJECT STATUS: IN PROGRESS
Triple Line Studio was hired by local developer, Daniel Simon, owner of the Palmer Building that houses trendy coffeeshop Vigilante, for a quick facade study of a second building the client owns. The commercial building, right on Rhode Island Avenue in Mount Rainier along the Gateway Arts District, lacked curb appeal and was not attracting tenants. We provided a facade design concept for a refresh of the building’s facade, with strategic and affordable ways to increase curb appeal and attract tenants. Triple Line Studio also provided funding advice for potential grants to support the facade improvement work.
