TRIPLE LINE STUDIO

An architecture firm specializing in built projects for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations.

HOW CAN WE HELP?

Check out our Resources page!

We have compiled a robust list of local, state, and national grants for capital projects in the Washington DC Metro Area. Capital projects are expensive, but there are lots of opportunities to see savings.

Triple Line Studio is happy to assist with grant, tax credit and rebate applications for a small consulting fee.

Not sure where to start?

Triple Line Studio can help! If you are not sure if you want to build, buy, or renovate, let us guide you.

We start projects with an envisioning workshop to help all selected stakeholders find the path that will work best for their organization. It’s hard to get started when there are so many directions and so many decision makers.

An Envisioning Package will help direct you and can easily be shared with board, staff, donors, and grantors.

Join one of our workshops!

Triple Line Studio organizes annual workshops and particpates in webinars and conferences around the Washington DC Metro Area.

See our latest event listings as well as when our next popular Creative Thinking Workshops will be, on our Events page!

Let us lead your project!

Running a nonprofit is a lot of work and taking on a capital project can be overwhelming. Leave it to the experts. We can work with you through the entire capital project process, from envisioning through construction. That way you can get back to working on what you do best.

Triple Line Studio offers Project Management and Owner Representation services.
